Lexeprint, Inc.

Publishing

Lexeprint has published peer-reviewed scholarship without interruption since 2006. Its titles address the places where law and technology are genuinely difficult to reconcile — evidentiary standards for material that may be generated rather than recorded, state responsibility for operations that are deniable by design, and risk governance by boards without the technical vocabulary to interrogate it.

Back volumes are archived and indexed by JSTOR, which makes the run citable and permanently retrievable rather than dependent on any one website remaining online.
